Office Space Required In Divulapitiy To Relocate Divulapitiya Branch The Proposed Building Should Be Located Within 300 Metres From The Town Centre And Conform To The Following Specifications: The Building Should Be Legally Constructed And Be Not More Than 10 Years Old. Minimum Floor Area Of 5,500 Sq.Ft. Is Required For A Single Storey Building. If Two-Storied, The Ground Floor Should Have An Area Of 3,800 Sq. Ft. With The Remaining Space On The Upper Floor. A 10 X 10 (100 Sq.Ft) Room/Area With Access Should Be Available At The Rear Of The Building For A Generator. Parking Space For A Minimum Of Four (4) Vehicles. Should Have Sri Lanka Telecom Connectivity And 3-Phase, 60 Amp Electricity Supply. Should Have An Overhead Water Tank With A Capacity Of 1,000 Litres. Should Have Separate Washrooms For Male And Female, With An Additional Toilet At The Rear Of The Building. Floor Should Be Tiled And Roof Should Have A Ceiling. The Rear Door And Windows Should Be Protected With Heavy Duty Iron Grills. If Not, They Should Be Provided. Fire Insurance For The Building.
