To Dewa, Jebel Ali Site Within A Day Of Notice. 5.#Conduct Daily Tool Box Talks Prior To Start Of Work. 6.#Prior To St Art The Work, Proper Physical Inspection To Be Carried Out And Report Any Issue/Observation To The Dewa Representative. 7.#Disconnec T The Hydraulic Hoses From The Cylinder And Replace All The Cylinder Hoses With New (Hose Supply By Dewa). Remove The Cylinder From The Position And Shift From Top Side To Ground Floor. 8.#Transport The Cylinders From Dewa L1 Station To Contractor Workshop. 9.#Dis Mantling, Cleaning, Inspection Of Hydraulic Cylinder#S Internal Parts. 10.#Preparation Of The Internal Inspection Report With Suppor Ting Photographs And Sent To Dewa Engineer For Review. 11.#Trueness Checking Of The Piston Rod. 12.#Honing Of Cylinder Tube And Chro Ming Of The Piston Rod If Required To Be Done As An Option Line Item#2. 13.#Polishing Of The Piston Rod. 14.#Assembling Of Cylinder Using The Oem Repair Kit Supplied By Dewa. 15.#Testing Of Cylinder In Presence Of Dewa Representative And Use Oil Hydraunycoil Fh 4 551 Product Code: Fh 45 For Cylinder Testing. 16.#As Per Oem Recommendation Pressure Drop 2 Bar Maximum For 10 Minutes. Test Proced Ure To Be Provided, At 250 Bar The Acceptance Criteria For The Pressure Drop Should Be Less Than 2 Bar Within 10 Minutes. 17.#Graph Recorder To Be Used During The Test. 18.#Punching The Unique Number On The Cylinder, And Mention The Same Unique Number In The Repor T If Oem Serial Number Is Not Mentioned On The Cylinder. 19.#Providing Test Certificate With One Year Warranty. 20.#Delivery Back To Dewa Within 4 Days 21.#Reinstallation Of Cylinder On Site And All The New Hydraulic Hoses To Be Fixed Back And Hosed O Ring Shall B E Replaced With New One (O Ring To Be Supplied By Contractor And Hoses Shall Be Supplied By Dewa). 22.#Submitting Full Repairing Rep Ort & Test Certificates To Dewa Representative (Work Completion Report). 23.#Invoice Shall Be Processed Based On The Actual. Dewa S Cope Of Supply ##Repair Kit ##Scaffolding If Required General Terms & Conditions Technical Safety During The Work: ·#Contracto R Staff Must Have Valid Gate Pass Before Entering The Plant Premises. ·#Contractor Shall Give Daily Tool Box Talk, Risk Assessment A Nd Dynamic Risk Assessment To Their Staffs. ·#Contractor Staff Involved In Any Activity Shall Confirm The Availability Of Line Clear Ance (Lc) And Permit To Work (Ptw) Before Start Of Any Work. ·#Contractor Staff Must Check And Verify Of The Isolations Before Start Ing Of Any Overhauling Work. ·#The Contractor Shall Check The Condition Suitable To Carry Out The Work. Conduct Site Survey And Safe Ty Inspection To Assess The Working Environment. ·#Contractor Shall Ensure Housekeeping Is Done On Daily Basis. ·#Contractor Site Su Pervisor Shall Be Continuously Present At The Work Site To Supervise The Job. ·#The Contractor Must Engage A Qualified Safety Office R To Ensure Observance Of Safety And Safe Working Practices By His Men At Site At All Time.
