Emergency Minor Adjustments, Breakdown Call Back Services And Rescue Services For 24Hours A Day On All The Da Ys Of The Maintenance Period As Mentioned Above. H. General 1. The Elevator Entirely Shall Be Under The Maintenance Scope Of Contra Ctor During The Above Mentioned Period. 2. Qualified And Trained Personnel Directly Employed And Supervised By The Contractor Shall Only Be Deployed For Carrying Out The Elevator Maintenance. 3. All Reasonable Care Shall Be Taken To Maintain The Elevator Equipment In Proper And Safe Operating Condition. 4. To Replace Guide Shoe Gibs And Guide Rollers, When In Specialist Contractor#S Judgement, It Is Necessary To Ensure Smooth And Quiet Operation Except, Where Roller Guides Are Used To Keep The Guide Rails Properly Lubricat Ed. 5. To Replace All Wire Ropes As Often Is Necessary To Maintain An Adequate Factor Of Safety, To Equalize The Tension On All Hois Ting Ropes And Repair Or Replace Conductor Cable. 6. To Examine, Lubricate, Adjust And To Repair Or Replace All Necessary Equipment As Per The Specialist Contractor#S Judgment. 7. To Examine Periodically All Safety Devices And Governors And Carry Out Annual Safety Tests. 8. The Installation Shall Be Maintained In Good Working Condition During The Maintenance Period. Notes: A. Aft Er Completing The Works Each Time, Contractor Shall Perform Necessary Testing In Presence Of Dewa Supervisor/Engineer. F. Contractor Shall Submit Monthly Maintenance Report To Dewa-Tam.
