Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Consultancy For Assessment Of Child Development And Learning Outcomes; And An Early Learning Environment Observation Before And After The Rollout Of The New Curriculum (Wb-Besp-C10) The Moet Now Invites Eligible Consultant Firms To Indicate Their Interest In Providing The Services. Interested Consultant Firms Should Provide Information Demonstrating That They Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience To Perform The Services. The Shortlisting Criteria Are: (A) Consultant FirmS Relevance To The Assignment (Core Business); (B) Technical And Managerial Capabilities; And (C) Regional And Local Experience. The Best Qualified Consultant Firm To Carry Out The Services Will Be Selected In Accordance With The ConsultantS Qualifications Based Selection (Cqs) Method Set Out In The Regulations, And Based On The Following Criteria: At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Early Childhood Education (Ece), 3 Of Which Should Be In Curriculum And Assessment Development Projects; Proven Experience Conducting Primary Research Activities: A Minimum Two Years Experience Conducting Primary Research And Proven Experience Implementing Mixed Methods Research; Evidence Of A Sound Track Record Of Successful Implementation Of Similar Assignments, Either Alone Or Partnering With Relevant National Or International Organisations; Experience In Developing Countries In Sub-Saharan Africa; And Maintain Current Tax Compliance Status Note To Consultant FirmS: Key Experts Bio Data Will Not Be Evaluated At This Stage
