Interested Consultants Shall Clearly Demonstrate Their Understanding Of The Expected Outputs, Proposed Approach To The Services Involved, And Should Provide Information Demonstrating That They Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience To Perform The Services (Attach Curriculum Vitae With Description Of Experience In Similar Assignments, Similar Conditions, Etc.). Firms Staff May Express Interest Through The Employing Firm For The Assignment And, Under Such Situation, Only The Experience And Qualifications Of Individuals Shall Be Considered In The Selection Process. Selection Will Be Made In Accordance With The Individual Consultant (Ic) Method Set Out In The Regulations, And Based On The Following Criteria: MasterS Degree In Education, A Phd In Education Will Be An Added Advantage, At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Early Childhood Care And Education (Ecce) In Lesotho, 3 Of Which Should Be In Curriculum Development, Qualifications In Ecce And Or Primary Education Will Be An Added Advantage, Proven Experience In Conducting Similar Assignments (2 Assignments Minimum), Advanced Knowledge Of Play-Based Child Centred Approaches/ Methodologies Material Development, And Teacher Training (Pre- And/Or In-Service), Experience In Developing Countries In Sub-Saharan Africa, Proficiency In Sesotho And English Language Is A Requirement, Proficiency In Use Of Computer Applications, Excellent Report Writing And Presentation, And Excellent Interpersonal Skills
