The Tender Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Tender Law Issued By The Legislative Decree No. 36 Of 2002, Its Amendments, And Its Implementing Regulations Issued By The Decree No. 37 Of 2002. As Per The Cabinet Edicts No.S (6-2416) Of 2017 And ( 4-2516) Of 2019 , Registered SmeS Will Be Offered A Preference Of 10% In Tenders And Auctions Related To Service Utilities Inside Purchasing Authority Premises.
