Slip Dock Repairs REBID, Storm Lake Marina, Buena Vista County, Iowa Storm Lake Marina has three (3) rental docks which the Iowa DNR rents slips to private individuals for use with their personal water-craft. These docks have been pushed around the marina due to excessive ice build-up and movement over the years and need to be reset. The docks are Shore Station brand docks with vertical Byro-lock mechanisms, these will have to be loosened/released, and then all docks lifted and leveled with one another. After this process there are many of the galvanized tube steel struts, which provide lateral support to the docks, that are unattached and need to be reinstalled.
