There Are A Few Larger Contracts And A Number Of Smaller Panel Type Arrangements. This Roi Covers The Group Of Contracts For Block 1 Smaller Service Areas. The Other Contract To Review Is Called Block 1 Grounds And Is Being Reviewed In A Separate Procurement Process At The Same Time. These Areas Are Covered By Block 1 Smaller Service Areas: Refrigeration Doors Nurse Call Compressors (Airquip) Chillers Boiler Maintenance - Hot Water & Steam Building Maintenance Services (Bms) The Process Will Be A Two Staged Open Market Process: Registration Of Interest (Roi) Request For Proposal (Rfp) This Roi Is The First Formal Step In The Process And Is Intended To Be Of Minimal Effort For Respondents And Allow The Dhbs To Create A Short List Of Suppliers To Invite To Enter A Simple Rfp Process.
