Open Enrollment - Clinical Examiners Texas Civil Committment Office (TCCO) is seeking Applications to establish Contracts to provide clinical examinations for civilly committed sex offenders.& TCCO is required under Texas Health and Safety Code §841.101 to contract with an expert to conduct a biennial examination of a person committed under Chapter 841 and to provide a report of the examination to the court having jurisdiction over the person’s commitment as part of a biennial review process.
