Tenders Are Invited For Consultancy For Development Of Regulations Manual In Arabic & English Btc Tender Type: Public Tenders Tender Description: The Btc Is Seeking The Service Of A Professional Firm To Assist It, On A Project Basis, With The Update Of Its Finance And Hr Manuals. Both Manuals Have Not Been Updated In A Few Years. The Update Is Necessary To Ensure Sound Governance Within The Btc According To The Original Intent Of The Btc Upon The Founding Of The College In 2008 Under The Contract With SingaporeS National Institute Of Education. The Provider Will Work With A Team At Btc To Review The Manual Produced In 2013 And Identify Areas Needing Updating.
