Request For Proposals Are Invited For Provide The Service Of Development And Maintenance Of The Inclusive Digital Financial Services (Dfs) The World Bank Group Is Looking For A Contractor Who Will Provide The Service Of Development And Maintenance Of The Inclusive Digital Financial Services (Dfs) Reference Guida, In Two Phases, As Follows: Phase 1: The First Phase Of This Work Will Be For The Vendor To Translate The Inclusive Dfs Reference Guide In Its Current Form - Which Is In Powerpoint Form - Into A Dynamic And User-Friendly Website. The Guide Is Currently Focused On Electronic Money Issuance Only And Covers The Following Seven Areas: Introduction, Licensing, Prudential Regulation And Supervision, Competition Issues, Integrity And Security, Agent Regulation And Supervision, Consumer Protection For Users. Phase 2: Once This Is Completed, The Second Phase Will Involve Developing And Expanding The Interactive Interface For Further Topics Including But Not Limited To: Supervision Of Dfs Including Aml/Cft; Enabling Innovation Sandboxes/Innovation Hubs/Accelerators; Role Of Nonbanks Beyond Mnos And Mobile Money; Competition Issues I.E. Platform-Based Models; Lending Platforms; Data Protection / Privacy; Gender; Strengthen Cyber Security Section; Outsourcing / Cloud-Based Services/ Transactional Data Processing; And Financial Capability.
