Please Refer To The Attached Annexure-1& 2 For The Drawings Of Proposed Changeover Panel And The Drawings Of Old And New Control Panel. It Is The Contractor#S Responsibility To Tak E Correct Measurement For The Changeover Panel And Supply-Install Accordingly. 2.2#Fabrication And Supply Of New Electrical Manual C Hangeover Panel With Power Components Installed Inside. The Change-Over Panel Shall Be Installed Above The Existing Cip Heater Contr Ol Panel (Fig. 1A & 1B Of Annexure-1). The Bidders Shall Visit Site And Collect Information Regarding Size Of The Panel So That It Matches To The Incoming Supply Lines And Two Control Panels (Old & New). Approximate Size Of The Change-Over Panel Is Width 90 Cm X Height 90 Cm X Depth 35 Cm. The New Changeover Panel Will Be 10 Cm Extended Rear Side To Facilitate Fixing Of Its Supports, Cable L Adders & Cables At Backside Of Old Control Panel Which Will Be Just Below The Changeover Panel. It Is The Contractor#S Responsibili Ty To Take Correct Measurement Of The Panels, Trays And To Design The Correct Components So That Installation Of The Panel Is Done A Bove The Old Cip Heater Control Panel And Laying Of Cables Is Done Without Any Difficulty Or Further Site Modification. 2.3#The New Changeover Panel Shall Be Made Of Ax Fiberglass-Reinforced Polyester Enclosure Or Equivalent. Change Over Switch Handle Shall Be Ins Ide The Panel And Shall Be Accessible After Opening The Door. The Door Locks Shall Be Heavy Duty, Corrosion Proof And Friendly Handl E-Locks. The Panel Shall Comply Ip 65 Protection Rating. 2.4#Fabrication And Supply Of New Panel-Stand Which Shall Support The Chang Eover Panel Against The Floor Without Touching The Old Control Panel Facilitating The Change-Over Panel To Take Place Just Above The Old Cip Heater Control Panel And Adapt To The Respective Location Of The Panel And Overhead Cable Tray Properly (Annexure-1). New Panel-Stand Shall Be Made Of Corrosion-Proof Stainless Steel Grade 316 L. 2.5#All Cable Entries Shall Be As Per Attached Drawing With Removable Plate Matching To The Respective Panel#S Existing Incoming Power Cables And Heater Cables; These Power Cables Shall Be Re -Used. 2.6#Back-Plate, Electrical Power Components, Power Terminal Blocks With Shorting Bus And Wiring Need To Be Provided Along Wit H The Panel By The Contractor As Per Attached Drawings. 2.7#R, Y & B Bus-Bar Shall Be Supplied & Installed Inside The Panel Located Above The Change Over Switch. Existing Power Supply Incoming Cables Are To Be Connected To These Bus-Bar Terminals; Terminals Shall Be Connected To The Bus Bars By Bolts. The Changeover Switch Output-1 & 2 Terminals Shall Be Extended To The Old And New Control Pa Nel Main Incoming Breakers As Per Annexure-1. 2.8#The Panel Components Shall Be Arranged In Such A Way That Proper Spacing Among The Components Are Maintained. 2.9#All The Components Inside Panel E.G. Manual Changeover Switch, Terminal Blocks, Power Cables With Te Rminated Lugs, Bus-Bars Etc. Shall Be Provided And Installed-Connected By The Contractor. 2.10#Cable Trays/Ladders With Protection C Over Shall Be Provided & Installed For The New Cables Interfaced Among The New Change-Over Panel And 2 Control Panels As Per Annexur E-1. Existing Overhead Cable Trays Can Be Used For Laying Power Cable Between Change-Over Panel And New Control Panel. Existing Floo R Mounted Cable Trays Are To Be Used For Power Cables To Heater Stages. New Cable Tray Level Is To Be Elevated To Provide Same Groun D Clearance; Cable Trays Are To Be Provided With Protection Covers. All The Accessories Required For The Above Jobs Such As Reducers (Straight, Right, Left), Tee, Bends, Couplers, Hangers, Fish Plates And Fasteners Etc. Shall Be Arranged And Installed By The Contr Actor. All New Cable Trays, Ladders & Covers Shall Be Epoxy Coated Hdgi Cable Tray (Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Materials With Epoxy Paint Coating). The Coating Thickness Of Galvanization Shall Be Minimum 100 Micron. All Cable Trays / Ladders Shall Be Fixed With S Upports With Stainless Steel Nuts & Bolts Of Suitable Size & Adequate Support For Cable Trays. The Thickness Of The Cable Trays Shal L Be 2.5 Mm And That Of Cover Shall Be 1.5 Mm. All Concerned Cables Are To Be Clamped With Trays Properly With Appropriate Pvc Clamp S. 2.11#Dewa Will Provide Un-Terminated Cables; Supply Of Glands, Termination Lugs & Accessories Is Under The Scope Of The Contracto R. The Contractor Shall Cut The Cables As Per Clause 2.16 And As Per Site Requirements. The Contractor Shall Carry Out Termination W Ith Their Supplied Termination Lugs & Accessories. Cable Laying, And Glanding-Termination Are The Scope Of The Contractor. There Wil L Be Outage And Non-Outage Related Works; Non-Outage Related Works Shall Be Carried Out First And Final Connection To The Heater And Existing Control Panel Shall Be Carried Out As Per Dewa Outage Of The Existing Cip Heater Control Panel. The Contractor Shall Provide Schedule Of The Works Showing Outage And Non-Outage Related Works Within 10 Working Days From The Issue Of The Order. 2.12#The Pa Nel Door Shall Have Indication Lamps For The Incoming Power Supply Phases With Necessary Transparent Protection Cover. 2.13#Necessar Y Fixing Rails At Back-Plate Shall Be Provided For Fixing The Terminal Blocks. 2.14#Kks / Name Details Of The Panel Shall Be Engrave D In Front Side Of The Panels.
