wner’s Representative /Project Manager for Peach King Centre Expansion Project The Town is looking to engage the services of a Project Management Firm (PM) to oversee the planning, design and construction for the expansion and renovation of the Peach King Centre. The intention of Town is to have a qualified PM oversee all aspects of the Project and to be on site managing until all deficiencies are corrected and Town staff are safely and comfortably settled in their new premises. The desired candidate will possess the following criteria: a. Relevant experience, expertise and dedicated time; b. Experience working with municipal recreation projects; c. Engaging presentation skills and the strong leadership qualities that are able to elicit the needs of the Town; d. Developed processes and disciplined PM principles that are founded on PMI’s core knowledge areas and Industry Best Practices; e. Comprehensive and controlled management approach that endorses an integration of planning, initiation, execution, and control and closeout activities; f. Knowledge and experience of different delivery methods i.e. Design Bid Build, and Design-Build; and g. Business, or group/department within a business, that focuses exclusively on offering Independent Project Management Services.
