AIRLINE COMMON USE PAPER FOR BOARDING PASSES AND BAG TAGS REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT The City of Phoenix Aviation Department ("City, Aviation Department”) invites sealed offers from qualified vendors to supply Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) boarding pass paper, standard bag tags, thermal paper rolls and RFID bag tags for check-in counters, kiosks, and gates for airlines at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This contract will be on an “as-needed” basis in accordance with specifications and provisions contained herein. The result contract will commence on or about October 1, 2022 for a five (5)-year contract term with no option to extend. 1.1 This solicitation is available through Arizona Relay Service 7-1-1.
