So, The Prospective Vendors Will Be Responsible For Migration All The Components Of The Existing System To The New One. The Proposed Solution Must Cover All Components Of The Current System Plus The Additional Features As Per The Technical Specifications And Scope Of Work. This Request For Proposal (Rfp) Provides Potential Vendors With The Relevant Functional Requirements Of The Project. This Information Enables Vendors To Respond In A Format For A Fair Comparison And Ensures That The Proposed Solution Meets The Requirements.
