Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of An Entertainment Park In Gros-Islet Which Includes Ancillary Works The Ministry Of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture And Information Now Invites Sealed Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Construction Of An Entertainment Park In Gros-Islet Which Includes Ancillary Works , Which Includes The Following: Excavation And Filling Works; Reinforced Concrete Construction; Steel Frame Construction; Exterior Works And; Electrical, Plumbing, Hvac, And Fire Fighting Equipment Installation Qualifications Requirements Include: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover Of Eastern Caribbean Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars (Xcd 3,500,000) Calculated As Total Certified Payments Received For Contracts In Progress And/Or Completed For The Best Five (5) Years Out Of The Last Seven (7), Starting 1St January 2015. In Case Of Jv, Jv All Parties Combined Must Meet The Requirement, One Member Must Meet At Least Forty Percent (40%) Of The Requirement, And Each Member Must Meet Twenty Five (25%) Of The Requirement All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security Of Xcd 47,000.
