Cheshire East Council is looking to source a contractor to design, build, operate and managea 5.4MWp (minimum of 3MWp) ground mounted solar PV farm.The value given in this notice is an estimation and indicative only and is based on theestimated gross development value plus the operation and management for the initial 3 yearcontract period and extension option of up to a further 24 months for the operation andmanagement.Proposals exceeding £3,500,000 for the design and build element will not be accepted.
