Technical And General Specification Of Work At M Stn, Jebel Ali Power Station. 1.#Title: Hrsg11/12/21/22/31/32 Hpsh 1 & 3 Tubes And Headers Borescope Inspection. 2.#Quantity: One Inspection Cap Will Be Cut On Each Top & Bottom Headers Of Each Hrsg (6 Hrsg Unit ) By Dewa For Access. Maximum Number Of Accessible Tubes And Headers Section Shall Be Inspected. Articulating Borescope Shall Be Used To Identify Any Scabbing, Pitting, Scale Build Up, Corrosion, Layer Formation, Overheating And Any Other Significant Findings. Maximum Number Of Accessible Tubes To Be Inspected On Each Header. 4.8.#In Case Of Any Significant Inspection Finding, Same Shall Be Brought To The Notice Of Dewa. 4.9.#Upo N Work Completion, Detailed Inspection Report Shall Submit. Report Shall Include Header/Tube Identification Details, Photos, Videos, Findings, Recommendations And All Supporting Documents. 4.10.#Digital Copies Of The Photos, Videos, Inspection Findings And Report Shall Submit Through Cloud/Cd 4.11.#Dewa Scope Is Only Scaffolding If Required 5.#Borescope Equipment Details: 5.1.#The Borescope Should Be Equipped With Articulation And High-End Industrial Video Systems With Proper Monitors. The Borescope Should Have The Faci Lity / Systems To Get Excellent Quality Image, Detailed Information About A Non-Conformity Like Indications, Discolorations, Pitting , Scabbing, Scale Build Up And Oxygen Corrosion Etc. The Probe Should Be Water Proof, Flexible Which Should Turn Up To 360°, Suitabl E To Access To Headers & Tubes, Length Of Cable Should Be 30 M, Results Recordable, Dual Or Extra Monitor, And High Quality Of Recor Ding. 6.#General Terms & Conditions: 6.1.#The Contractor Shall Visit The Site And Be Fully Familiar With The Work Scope, Plant Acce Ss, Material Requirement, Facilities, Complexities, Safety Measures Etc., Before Submitting The Bid. 6.2.#The Contractor Shall Have The Previous Experience For Hrsg Tubes & Headers Borescope Inspection In Dewa Or With Well-Known Company In Uae. 6.3.#The Contractor Shall Submit The Schedule Of Work And The Period For Work So That The Work Shall Come Well Within The Allotted Outage Period. The Schedule Shall Be Approved By Dewa Before Commencement Of Work 6.4.#The Contractor Shall Ensure Housekeeping On A Daily Basis And The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For All Waste Material Disposals To Designated Places As Per Dewa Environmental Policy Of Hazardous Waste Disposal. 6.5.#All Dewa Safety & Environment Policy, Rules And Regulation Shall Be Followed At Work Site During The Execution Of The Work. The Contractor#S Engineer Should Be Familiar With Safety Regulations While Working In A Hazardous Area. 6.6.#The Work Shall Be Executed Under Dewa Supervision And As Per Quality / Schedule Requirement. Contractor#S Supervisor Shall Be Available At Si Te Throughout The Period Of Work. 6.7.#The Contractor Should Apply For The Permit To Work Well In Advance And This Request Shall Be Followed With Method Statement, Risk Assessment As Attachments 6.8.#Entry Permits For The Staff/Workers Should Be Applied With Passp Ort Copies Having Valid Visa. Persons, Whose Names Are Not Available In The List, Will Not Be Allowed To Enter The Powerhouse 6.9.#T He Contractor Upon Receiving The Work Permit Shall First Ensure A Safe Working Condition. 6.10.#Entry Permits For The Vehicle Should Be Applied With Copies Of Vehicle Registration. 6.11.#All The Persons Should Wear The Uniform, Safety Shoes And Helmet While At Wor K. 6.12.#All Material And Tools Brought In Shall Be Declared At Power Station Security Gate And The List Of These Items Shall Be Sig Ned By Dewa Security. The Copies Of These Documents Shall Be Lodged With Dewa Engineer In-Charge On Daily Basis. This Document Will Be The Basis For The Clearance (Gate Pass) To Take Them Out On Completion Of The Job. 6.13.#Toolbox Talks And Risk Assessments Shou Ld Be Given To The Workmen By Their Supervisor Before Start Of Work. 6.14.#Dewa Engineer-In-Charge Shall Be Updated The Work Progres S On A Regular Basis. 6.15.#Contractor Shall Comply The Sa 8000 Standard As Per Dewa Terms And Conditions. 6.16.#Safety Officer By T He Contractor Is Required At Site. 6.17.#Eating, Resting And Sleeping Is Not Allowed In The Plant Site. 7.#Guideline For Dewa Contr Actors Towards Covid 19 Pandemic 7.1.#Contractor Shall Provide The Following : 7.1.1.#Total Employees Of The Contractor. Sourced/ Ou Tsourced. 7.1.2.#Recent Travel History Of The Contractor Staff#S Close Relatives / Friends/ Roommates For The Last 14 Days. 7.1.3.#R Ecent Visit To Health Care Centers (Clinic/Hospital) And Reason For Visit.
