Rfa-Selection Of An Individual Consultant To Support Mca-Niger In Developing The Plan And Monitoring The Closing Activities Of The Compact Program In Niger • The Consultant Must Hold A Higher Diploma (Master) (Bac+5 At Least) In Project Management, Economics, Law, Engineering Or Any Other Equivalent Diploma. 15 Professional Qualifications (70 Points) • Have A Professional Experience Of At Least 5 Years In The Development And Monitoring Of Program Closure Plan Or Similar Documents 20 • Have Previous Experience With International Donation And Development Organizations, Or Other Multilateral Donors (Mcc, World Bank, Afdb, Eu, Etc.). Experience In Developing Pcps Under Mccs Program Closure Guidelines Is Highly Desirable 20 • Have The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team With Public Administration Officials And In A Multicultural And Multidisciplinary Environment 15 • Have The Ability To Interact With Staff At All Levels, And Occasionally With Board Members Admin 10 • Compact Closing Experience Would Be An Asset 5 Skills (15 Points) • Have Very Good Writing Skills In French And English 5 • Have Strong Oral Communication Skills In French And English 5 • Justify A Good Command Of It/Office Tools, And More Particularly In Planning And Database Management 5
