The Ministry Of Education, Tertiary Education, Science And Technology Also Referred As The Employer, Invites Eligible Local Contractors To Submit Their Bid For The Works Described In Detail Hereunder. Any Resulting Contract Shall Be Subject To The Terms And Conditions Referred To In This Document. The Works Consist Of The Following: Construction Of A New Specialist Room Block At Hassan Raffa Sss, Terre Rouge. The Site Is Located Within The Premises Of The School At Terre Rouge. The Building Would Be Mainly In Reinforced Concrete Structure Including Block Walls, Concrete Slabs, Columns, Aluminum Openings, Burglar Proofing, Homogeneous Anti Slip Ceramic Floor Tiles With Washed Rocksand Bands, Heavy Duty Vinyl Flooring, Quartz Tops, Waterproofing, Furniture, Satchel Racks, Steel Shelves And Finishes And Complete With All Services Such As Electrical Works, Plumbing Works, Sanitary Works, Drainage And Site Works And Other Ancillary Works. Other Works As More Fully Described In The Drawings, Specifications And Other Parts Of The Bid Document. Participation Is Limited To Citizens Of Mauritius Or Entities Incorporated In Mauritius. Joint Ventures Should Be Among Entities Incorporated In Mauritius (If Applicable)
