The Supply And Delivery Of Seven Thousand (7,000) Laptops For The Ministry Of Education (Moe) 1. Instructions Relating To The Conduct Of The Reverse Auction Will Only Be Provided To Bidders Who Would Have Been Successful At Stage 1 And 2 2. The Reverse Auction Will Be Conducted Via Igovtt’S Etender Platform 3. Bidders Will Bid Against Each Other During A Stipulated Time Period 4. The Bidder With The Lowest Price At The End Of The Reverse Auction Shall Be Deemed The Preferred Bidder And Will Be Invited Via A Letter Of Award, To Enter Into A Contractual Arrangement With The Moe For The Supply And Delivery Of The Seven Thousand (7,000) Laptops.
