Tenders Are Invited For Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of 2 Units Of Patient Scale Suitable For Weighing Non-Ambulant Patients On Trolleys Or Beds For Emergency Department. Starting Date/Time: 14/3/2022 4:00:00 Pm Closing Date/Time: 23/3/2022 3:00:00 Pm Vendor Eligibility/Vendor Briefing/Contact Person: Participating Vendors Shall Preferably Have The Following Criterias: 1) The Items/Services Offered By The Participating Vendors Must Fulfill All The Necessary Licensing, Regulations And/Or Standards Required For Sale And Use In Singapore. Eg. If Classified As A Medical Device, They Must Be Registered With The Health Science Authority (Hsa). 2) Have Iso Certification And Preferably Be Biz-Safe Certified. 3) Must Ensure Quality Of Product, Service And Prompt Delivery At All Times. 4) Must Be Able To Fulfill The Technical Requirements Called For In This Rfq. 5) Have Relevant Experience In Supply & Delivery Of The Above Mentioned Item/S In The Healthcare Industry And Have A Good Track Records.
