Tenders Are Invited For Development Project Of An Urban Section The Republic Of Mali, Through The Ministry Of Transport And Infrastructure , Has Obtained A Loan From The West African Development Bank (Boad) To Finance The Project To Develop The Urban Section Of National Road No. 27 (Rn27) Bamako- Koulikoro In Bamako In The Republic Of Mali Priority Tranche, And Proposes To Use The Funds From This Credit To Pay For Supplies, Works And Services To Be Acquired Under The Project. This Project Has The Following Main Objectives: · The Overall Objective Of The Project Is To Help Decongest Traffic And Improve Traffic Conditions For Users (Fluidity, Comfort And Safety) In The City Of Bamako And Particularly In Its Communes I, Ii And Iii Where The Project Section Is Located. . · The Specific Objective Aims To Contribute To: I) Improving The Living Conditions Of The Populations Of The Communes Crossed; Ii) Improve Urban Mobility On The Urban Section Of The Rn27 By Reducing Travel Time And Iii) Reduce The Number Of Accidents And Vehicle Operating Costs. The Project Includes The Following Components: 1. Road Works : O Works Contract For : I) Installation And Withdrawal From The Site; (Ii) Preparatory Work; (Iii) Execution Of Earthworks; Iv) Execution Of Pavement And Surfacing Works (9.42 Km); (V) Construction Of Drainage And Sanitation Structures; Vi) Construction Of Engineering Structures; Vii) Execution Of Signaling And Equipment Works; (Viii) Displacement Of Networks And Miscellaneous; Ix) Public Lighting; And X) Implementation Of Environmental And Social Measures; And O Works Control And Supervision Contract: I) Review Of Technical Studies; Ii) Technical, Administrative And Financial Monitoring Of Works Execution; Iii) Verification Of Detailed Calculation Notes And Validation Of Works Execution Studies; (Iv) Control Of The Quality Of Works And The Quantities Implemented; And (V) Control And Monitoring Of The Implementation Of Environmental And Social Measures.
