Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Management Of Hotel The Scope Of Works/Services Shall Include But Not Limited To The Following; 1. To Refurbish The Entire Structure, Upgrade The Facilities And Maximize The Potential Of The Hotel. 2. To Invest In The Development Of The Existing Hotel Infrastructure To Meet International Standards And Reposition Of Hotel To A Five-Star Standard. 3. To Invest In Promoting The Business, Marketing, Commercialization And Elevating The Hotel To Lead In The Hospitality Industry In An Expedited Manner. 4. To Offer High Level Hospitality Management Solutions Including Building And Maintaining Regular Clientele Base By Providing Premium Food And Beverage Service, Culinary Delight Stand State Of The Art Accommodation Services. 5. To Oversee The Organizational Restructuring Of The Hotel Such As Recruiting, Training And Supervision Of Staff And Rebranding The Hotel To Create Value For All Stakeholders. 6. To Upgrade And Maintain Operational Enhancement Of The Statistical And Financial Records Of The Hotel. 7. To Provide Effective Management In The Assets Of The Hotel And Present Audited Accounts At The End Of Every Quarter/Year For Transparency And Reconciliations Of Accounts. 8. To Ensure The Competition And The Actualization Of A Successful Hospitality Project Within The Stipulated Time. General Information: A) Bids Must Be In English Language And Signed By An Official Authorized By The Bidder; B) Late Submission Will Not Be Entertained C) Short Listed Firms Will Be Invited At A Later Date For Collection Of Request For Proposal. D) All Costs Incurred As A Result Of This Tender Invitation And Any Subsequent Request For Information Shall Be Borne By The Bidding Companies And Only Shortlisted Companies Will Be Contacted. E) The Management Of Fasel Services Limited Is Not Bound To Pre-Qualify Any Bidder And Reserves The Right To Annul The Procurement Proceedings In The Public Interest Without Incurring Any Liabilities To The Bidders In Accordance With Section 28 Of The Public Procurement Act 2007.
