Request For Proposals Are Invited For Establish Centers For Cocoa Development (Ccds) In Grand Gedeh River Gee Counties The Specific Objectives To Be Addressed By The End Of The Action Are To: 1. Develop The Knowledge, Skills And Capacity Of Smallholder Cocoa Producers For Efficient Production And Improved Livelihoods In Liberia; 2. Develop And Implement A Cocoa Sector Public Institution, Regulatory And Policy Frameworks In Liberia; 3. Set Up And Promote Centres For Cocoa Development (Ccds) As Small And Medium Enterprises (Smes) Within Private Sector Cocoa Institutions For Sustained Delivery Of Cocoa Intensification, Rehabilitation And Diversification Services To Farmers/Communities In Liberia; 4. Promoted Cocoa Bean Value Addition Through Investment Incentives And The Setup Of Incubation Centres For Entrepreneurship In Liberia; And 5. Promote Market-Oriented Demand For Sustainably Produced And/Or Certified Cocoa In Liberia
