Tenders Are Invited For Cocoa Value Chain Development Programme (Covadep) Mid-Term Evaluation The Specific Objectives To Be Addressed By The End Of The Action Are To: 1. Develop The Knowledge, Skills And Capacity Of Smallholder Cocoa Producers For Efficient Production And Improved Livelihoods In Liberia; 2. Develop And Implement A Cocoa Sector Public Institution, Regulatory And Policy Frameworks In Liberia; 3. Set Up And Promote Centres For Cocoa Development (Ccds) As Small And Medium Enterprises (Smes) Within Private Sector Cocoa Institutions For Sustained Delivery Of Financial/Inputs Services, Cocoa Intensification, Rehabilitation And Diversification Services To Farmers/Communities In Liberia; 4. Promoted Cocoa Bean Value Addition Through Investment Incentives And The Setup Of Incubation Centres For Entrepreneurship In Liberia; And 5. Promote Market-Oriented Demand For Sustainably Produced And/Or Certified Cocoa In Liberia
