The World Banks Urban And Disaster Risk Management Unit Of Latin America And The Caribbean Region Intends To Select A Consultancy Firm To Develop An Infrastructure Scorecard For 5 Selected Countries And Develop Strategic Investment Options To Strengthen The Resilience Of Infrastructure Services. The Selected Countries Are: Belize, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Grenada And St. Lucia. Tasks To Be Conducted: - Task 1: Assessment Of Infrastructure Vulnerability And Development Of The Infrastructure Scorecard. Develop The Methodology: The Consultant Is Required To Develop A Methodology For The Infrastructure Vulnerability Assessment, And Scorecard Development. The Methodology Would Consider The Framework Provided By The World Bank Task Team As Well As The Methodology Used By The American Society Of Civil Engineers (Asce) In Its Infrastructure Report Card. The Methodology Should Be Applicable To The Selected Countries And Once Developed, Should Be Adapted To The Country Context. - Task 2: Develop Strategic Infrastructure Investment Options. This Activity Will Develop Strategic Investment Options Covering Key Infrastructure Sectors. The Investment Options Will Be Broad And Strategic, Developed Based On The Above Tasks And Additional Information Available Globally And Nationally, Focusing On Improving The Quality, Accessibility, Disaster Resilience, And Sustainability Of The Selected Priority Sectors.
