The Custom Home Project Will Consist Of: • Supply And Installation Of All Material And Systems Described Herein For Interior Modifications To The Existing Bungalow, As Indicated On Drawings For A Barrier Free Accessible Bathroom. • Remove Existing Carpet And Hardwood Flooring In Living Room, Dining Room And Hallways And Replace With New Underlayment And Heavy Duty Vinyl Plank Flooring. • Remove Existing Sheet Vinyl Flooring And Underlayment In Kitchen And Replace With New Underlayment And Heavy Duty Vinyl Plank Flooring. • Replace Flooring On Stairs And Landing To Basement With New Rubber Tread And Risers. • Modify Existing Bathroom By Removing And Relocating A Portion Of The Partition Wall Between Bedroom To Accommodate Larger Door Openings To Both Bathroom And Main Bedroom. • Remove Existing Whirlpool Tub, Modify Bathroom Layout To Accommodate New Walk In Tub As Per Drawings. • Remove And Relocate Existing Shower Head As Per Drawings And Replace With New Plumbing And Adjustable And Removable Shower Head. • Remove And Replace All Wall And Floor Tile Throughout Main Floor Bathroom To Accommodate A Wet Room By Installing New Moisture Resistant Substrate, Waterproofing Membrane And New Ceramic Tile Throughout. • Clean Existing Painted Gypsum Board In Living Room, Dining Room, Hallways And Master Bedroom, Minor Patch And Repair Of Existing Gypsum Board As Required And Repaint Walls. • Modify Existing Heat Ducts To Main Floor Bathroom As Indicated On Drawings. • Modify Existing Electrical In Bathroom And Master Bedroom As Indicated On Drawings. • Provide New Roll Under Millwork Vanity In Main Floor Bathroom, And Washroom Accessories As Indicated On Drawings. • Hazardous Material Is Present In The Gypsum Wall Compound And Minor Abatement Is Required In Areas Of Wall Demolition And Disturbance. • The Intent Of This Project Is To Meet The “Csa B651-18 Accessible Design For The Built Environment” Within The Main Floor Bathroom.
