Tenders Are Invited For Performance-Based Energy Conservation Program

Performance-Based Energy Conservation Program - It Is The Town’S Intention To Select A Proponent To Conduct An Investment Grade Audit With The Option, At The Sole Discretion Of The Town, To Implement A Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance-Based Contract With An Implementation Phase And A Post-Implementation Service Phase. The Town Will Work With A Single Respondent Or A Consultant Team, But It Is The Proponent’S Responsibility To Source Appropriate Expertise And Contractors To Deliver The Program. Qualified Proponents Should Be Able To Provide The Following Services, Including But Not Limited To, Investment Grade Energy Audits; Condition Assessment; Design And Implementation Of Energy Conservation Measures Including Services, Equipment, And Maintenance; Staff Engagement And Training; Commissioning; On-Going Energy Performance Monitoring And Verification; Grant Writing And Reporting; And Other Related Work.
