Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Contract For Training Coordinator The Consulting Services (The Services) Include A Training Coordinator To Support Paso In The Delivery Of Its Services For Member States And Its Ongoing Coordination Of Regulatory Activities Supporting The Reform Process Of The Pacific Aviation Safety Office. This Assignment Is Expected To Require Up To 100 Days Input Until 31 December 2022 Commencing As Soon As Possible. The Following Evaluation Criteria Will Be Used: Essential: BachelorS Degree In Human Resources And/Or Management Or Equivalent. Demonstrated 5+ Years In Human Resources Having Experience In Developing Training Policies And Evaluating Effectiveness Of Training Undertaken. Excellent Critical, Analytical And Conceptual Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills Exceptional Documentation, Verbal, Presentation And Prioritisation Skills In English Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, Including Demonstrated Ability To Engage Disparate Stakeholders. Desirable Expertise: Understanding Or Experience In Aviation Regional Oversight And Rule System; Knowledge Relating To The Role Of Paso In The Pacific Region; Familiarity With The Aviation Sector In The Pacific Region; Knowledge And Appreciation Of Cultural Dynamics Of The Pacific Region; Experience Working In A Civil Aviation Authority Environment.
