Tenders Are Invited For Replacement Of Operator Training Simulator (Ots) Systems For Low Sulphur Fuel Oil (Lsfo) Complex Tender Type: Public Tenders Tender Description: The Bidder Shall Provide A Complete Operator Training Simulator (Ots) Solution For The CompanyS Low Sulphur Fuel Oil (Lsfo) Complex. The Ots Models Are To Cover All Units Involved In The Complex, These Include The Following: No.2 Hydrodesulphurisation Unit (2Hdu), No. 1 Hydrogen Plant (1H2p), No.6 Vacuum Distillation Unit (6Vdu), No.3 Sulphur Recovery Unit - No. 2 Tail Gas Treating Unit (3Sru - 2Tgtu) And No.4 Sulphur Recovery Unit (4Sru). The Ots Solution Must Also Include A Robust Training Package Which Allows For Monitoring And Evaluation. This Ots Solution Must Also Be Designed For The Certification Of Operations Staff.
