Hvac Equipment Procure And Install Vrf Multi Split System With Cooling And Heating For 23 Sights Rooms Supply All Piping And Accessories Required For Units To Work Indoor Units To Be Of Wall Type Outdoor Units To Be Installed With A Standby Unit Refrigerant Type To Be Of R32 Or R410a Install Isolation Points And Power Supply To The New Units Identify Pipe Route And Make All Openings Required For Pipe Work Seal Off And Fireproof All Wall Openings Ducting And Air Distribution Seal Of Existing Supply Air Ducting To The 23 Sight Rooms At Third Floor. Tee Off Fresh Air Supply From Existing Ducting To New Vrf Split Unit Perform Duct Leak Remediation As Required Controls Install Wall Controllers In Each Of The 23 Sight Rooms Allow For Provision For Future Integration To Existing Building Management System.
