With A Focus On Adolescent Girls And Young Women, Pil Implements Projects In The Sectors Of Child Protection (Cp) And Gender-Based Violence (Gbv), Sexual And Reproductive Health And Rights (Srhr), Education, Youth Economic Empowerment And Participation. Role Purpose In Terms Of Data Management, Plan International Lebanon Country Office Is Currently Relying On Excel Sheets To Record The Projects Data And Thus Consolidating Data Manually Upon Request, Using Pivot Tables To Produce Reports. In Order To Improve Data Management, Reporting And Visualization, Pil Is Invested In Setting Up Microsoft Power Bi Software. Therefore, This Consultancy Aims At Recruiting An Information Management Specialist To Guide The Process, Build The Needed Dashboards, And Train The Team On Its Use. Accountabilities Based On The Above, The Following Will Be Requested From The Consultant: Scope Of Work/ Process Below Is The Suggested Process For Launching The Use Of Microsoft Power-Bi In Pil: Conduct Meetings And Consultations With Pll Team To Gather More Information About The Main Needs In Terms Of Data Management And Reporting, Data Flow, Existing Resources And Previous Examples Of Data Management Tools Etc. Pil Team Will Also Be Conducting Internal Consultations, Guided By The Consultant, In Order To Identify The Main Categories To Be Reflected In The Database And Dashboard. Identify And Build The Data Entry Interface That Will Be Linked With Power Bi (Preferably Using Kobo) Accordingly, The Consultant Will: Plan And Design The Dashboard Deliver A Presentation/Demonstration For Pil Team (Main Focal Points) To Ensure That It Meets Expectations And Main Features Are Confirmed. Create And Deploy The Product Taking Into Consideration The Feedback And Comments. It Is Important To Note That Data Security And Protection Must Be Strongly Considered In The Design Of The Application, In Alignment With Plan International Data Protection Policies. Provide Continuous Support And Maintenance Of The System All Through The Consultancy Period. Train Relevant Pil Staff On The Use Of Power Bi Through A Series Of Sessions And Coaching. Key Deliverables Functional Microsoft Power Bi Dashboard Showing All Agreed Upon Data Categories And Disaggregation. Training On The System And Completion Of Coaching Sessions. Full User And Admin Guidance For The Software.
