Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Service To Develop And Undertake Behavior Change/Information Education Campaigns, Design And Supervision Of Construction/Rehabilitation Of Household Toilets/Latrines, With Septic Tanks For Up To 5 Households In The Pilot Communities In Malanje And Uige The Objective Of The Services To Be Delivered By Non-Governmental Organisations (The Services) Is To Develop And Undertake Behaviour Change Communication And Information & Education Campaigns Towards Collect All Sewage Generated And Septage Collected In The Peri-Urban Area And Deliver It To The Fstp, To Ensure A Hygienic, Efficient Services For The Consumers In The Project Area. Secondly, Is To Design And Supervise The Constructions Of HouseholdS Sanitation Facilities With Up To 5 Households Sharing Septic Tank. The Pilot Of Sanitation Services Delivery In Uíge And Malanje Will Demonstrate A City-Wide, Accountable, Safe And Sustainable Faecal Sludge Management Services For The Urban Context, Showing Improvement In The Living Environment And Contributing To The Health And Well-Being Of The Urban Population. The Focus Of The Assignment Is A City-Wide Approach To On-Site Sanitation. This Means Attention Along The Sanitation Value Chain, Spatially Reaching All Parts Of The City And Socially Reaching All Classes Of People In The City Through Behaviour Change Campaigns. The Consultancy Objective Will Also Include The Environmental And Social Measures To Mitigate Any Associated Negative Impacts. The Duration Of The Assignment Is 24 Months. The Shortlisting Criteria Are: At Least 12 Years´ Experience In Developing And Undertaking Behaviour Change Communication And Information & Education Campaigns; Demonstrated Experience In Piloting Sanitation Services Delivery Using A City-Wide Management Approach; Demonstrated Experience In Design Of Households Sanitation Facilities With Consideration Of Fsm Chain; Experience In Carrying Out Participatory Methodologies/ Techniques And Other Communication Tools, Mobilization, Facilitation And Training Skills To Sanitation Local Builders/ Artisans And Other Stakeholders; Pool Of Relevant Experienced Staff As Well As Backstop Office Staff To Provide Project Management Support To The Field Staff; The Consultant Has Carried Out 3 (Three) Internationally Financed Projects, Experience With World Bank Procurement Documents; Experience In Sanitation Projects In Sub-Saharan Developing Countries, Strategic Plan Development And Capacity Building; Experience In Supervision Of Construction Of On-Site Sanitation Facilities Experience In Environmental And Social Management Frameworks And Resettlement Policy Frameworks Esmf/Rpf/Esmp; Existence Of A Certified Quality Management System.
