Mandatory: Tertiary Qualification In Finance Or Accounting Cpa Or Equivalent Experienced Finance Manager With A Demonstrated Track Record In A Similar Position With Minimum 10 Years As Finance Manager (Financial Management Of A Large-Scale Investment Program) High Integrity And Accountability In All Aspects Of Project Financial Management Computer Literate And Extensive Knowledge Of Various Accounting Software Ability To Communicate Effectively, Orally And In Writing Desirable: Knowledge Of Png Government Systems And Procedures Previous Experience With Project(S) Funded By World Bank, Adb Or Other Donors
