Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Recruitment For Financial Management Specialist The Consulting Services (The Services) Include A Financial Management (Fm) Specialist Within The Pcu At Dal. The Successful Consultant Will Lead And Primarily Be Responsible For The Overall Financial Management, Support And Coordinate The Fm Team, Administration And Reporting Activities Of The Unit, And The Pmus Of Cb And Cic, For The Pacd Project. The Expected Start Date Of The Consulting Assignment Is Q2 2022, It Is A Full-Time Position With The Consultant Expected To Be Based In Png Over A 2 Year Period, With Possibility Of Extension (Subject To Satisfactory Performance, An Ongoing Requirement And Availability Of Funding). Mandatory: Tertiary Qualification In Finance Or Accounting Cpa Or Equivalent Experienced Finance Manager With A Demonstrated Track Record In A Similar Position With Minimum 10 Years As Finance Manager (Financial Management Of A Large-Scale Investment Program) High Integrity And Accountability In All Aspects Of Project Financial Management Computer Literate And Extensive Knowledge Of Various Accounting Software Ability To Communicate Effectively, Orally And In Writing Desirable: Knowledge Of Png Government Systems And Procedures Previous Experience With Project(S) Funded By World Bank, Adb Or Other Donors
