Construction of a new seven-room kindergartenConstruction of a new seven-room nursery: construction of a new 7-room nursery with 210 childrens rooms, changing rooms for group rooms, childrens washrooms and service rooms. Meals will be provided by a 210-serving warming kitchen. Characteristics of the planned building: The foundation of the planned building with a reinforced concrete slab, the ascending structures on the slab are made of traditional fired ceramic masonry, while the slabs are made of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The roof is designed as a traditional carved deck chair, the roof shell is made of single-piece flat concrete tiles. The pillars at the entrances and terraces are made of reinforced concrete. To separate the interiors, frame ceramic partition walls are made, as well as a floating floor layer and suspended ceiling. A roof layer is installed in the attic. Heating of the building, cooling and DHW production with air-to-water heat pumps. Underfloor heating is planned in the rooms used by children, while radiators with larger surfaces are planned in the service
