This Will Enable The Auditor To (I) Express An Independent And Objective Opinion As To Whether The Project Financial Statements Present Fairly, In All Material Respects, Or Give A True And Fair View Of The ProjectS Financial Position, Its Financial Performance And Cash Flows, And (Ii) Provide A Reasonable Assurance Opinion Over Certain Specific Representations Made In The Statement Of Compliance. The Audit Firms Must Be Authorized To Practice In Uzbekistan. In Accordance With Article 12 Of The Law On Auditing, No. 677 Dated February 25, 2021 The Audit Firms Should Be Included In The Register Of The Ministry Of Finance Of The Republic Of Uzbekistan To Provide Audit Services In The Country And To Be Able To Apply Agreed Auditing Standards.
