Maintainability Requirement. This System Should Contain The Following: A. Accessories/ Wiring/ Components Shall Be Made Using Appropriate Compiler As Needed By R & D Team Of The Firm With Mutual Concurrence Of User. B. Mobile Ac Plant Trailer Mounted (Minimum Capacity 70 Tons) Should Be Easy To Maintain (Software/ Hardware). C. Maintenance Support And Up Gradation Should Be Assured Throughout The Life Cycle Of The Mobile Ac Plant Trailer Mounted (Minimum Capacity 70 Tons). D. Training/ Technical Assistance In Maintenance/ Usage Of Mobile Ac Plant Trailer Mounted (Minimum Capacity 70 Tons) Is To Be Provided By The Developer. E. Continued Spare Supportability Is To Be Ensured For Sustained Operational Availability Of The System. Moreover, Complete Documentation Of The System Including Technical And Operation Manual Is To Be Provided In Cds As Well. F. Fault Diagnosis Sheets And Electrical Drawings Are Also Considered Necessary Along With The System. G. Through Life Supportability (Maintenances/ Spares Support) For Satisfactory Operation Of The System For At Least 10 Years Is To Be Ensured By The Firm. H. Installed Components Should Be Easily Accessible For Removal/ Installation For System Maintenance. 3. Operating Parameters. A. Working Temperature. Ambient Temp 45Oc B. Humidity. Humidity 80-90%. 4. Material Specification. A. As Per Attached Specifications And Milspec/ Marine Version/ Industrial Grade Components. Certificate To This Affect Is Also To Be Provided. B. Latest Hardware Is To Be Used Which Should Be Supportable For Next 10Years. 5. Acceptance Criteria/ Test/ Trials Procedures. A. The Acceptance Test Procedures Are To Be Agreed Between The User And Supplier So As To Prove All The Functionalities Mentioned In The Specifications. Draft Procedures Are To Be Formulated By The Firm Based On The Requirements Highlighted In Urd In Liaison With The Pn Project Team During Preparation Of Project Definition Documents (Pdd.). The Trials Are To Include But Not Limited To Following: (1) System Accuracy Checks. (2) System Performance Checks. (3) Test Procedure To Verify The Inputs/ Outputs. B. Successful Integration With The System Followed By Hats/ Sats. 6. Documents/ Standards/ Drawings: Following Documentation Is To Be Provided By The Firm: A. Operator/ User Manual. An Operator/ User Manual Giving Detailed Operating/ Starting Procedures (03 Sets). B. Maintenance Manual. The Firm Is To Provide Technical Manuals Which Should Include Complete Maintenance Schedule, Procedures Etc (03 Sets). C. Drawings. Complete System Layout/ Diagram.(Electrical/ Mechanical) D. Software Documentation Support. Complete Source Code Of Software (As Applicable) Which Will Be Developed By Firm For Subject System To Be Provided On Cd With The Hard Copy. E. Standards. The Developer Is To Provide The Copies Of All Applicable Standards/ Specifications Referred To Or Used For The System. 7. Critical Spares List. Firm Will Provide Critical Spares List At The Time Of Product Delivery (As Applicable) With Cost Of Each Item. 8. Test/ Trials Duration. 02 Weeks Acceptance Trials Including Workshop Trials And Harbor Acceptance Trials (Hats) 9. Training Requirement For Operation And Maintenance. 01 Weeks User And Maintainer Level Training Of Pn Personnel Is To Be Imparted By The Developing Firm. The Training Session May Be Increased If Required. 10. Feasibility Study. Your Firm Will Be Required To Submit The Feasibility Report On The Project Along With Its Technical Offer Indicating Details Pertaining To The Proposed Solution In The Light Of User Requirements Mentioned At Annex A To B Of It 11. Delivery Schedule. Your Firm Will Deliver All Stores/ Equipment/ Systems Preferable Within 06 Months Of Contract Effective Date (Ced) Or As Mutually Agreed I.A.W Contractual Specifications/ Requirements. Extension Of Delivery Schedule Shall Remain The Exclusive Discretion Of Ditd (S). 12. Stage Inspections. The Firm Will Allow Representatives Of Ditd (S)/ End User Or Nominated Member By Pn To Carry Out Stage Inspections To Monitor The Progress Of The Work, On As & When Required Basis, To Verify Materials And Their Quantities Being Used. Schedule For Stage Inspections Will Be Formulated At Later Stages And Will Form Part Of The Contract. 13. Packing Standard. A. The Equipment Shall Be Packed As Per Standard Trade Packing Worthy For Transportation By Rail/ Road Or By Air So As To Ensure Free From Loss Or Damages On Arrival At The Ultimate Destination Technical Offer I.E. Without Price Will Be Opened On 16 March 2022 At 1100 Hours For Technical Scrutiny. Commercial Offer Will Be Opened Upon Acceptance Of Technical Offer.
