The Intent Is To Award Up To Three Respondents With A Panel Contract For The Delivery Of The Following Flooring Services: Reactive Maintenance (E.G. For The Completion Of Minor And Major Flooring Repairs); Project Works (E.G. For Flooring Replacements And Renewals). For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Supply And Installation Of Flooring For New-Build And Major Projects That Are Included Under A Head Contractor Arrangement, Along With Flooring For Student Accommodation Facilities, Are Excluded From The Scope Of This Rft.
