Recruitment Of A Specialist In Environmental And Social Safeguards. The Professional Services Of This Specialist Will Allow Completing The Missing Aspects In The Formulation, Revision And Adjustments Of The Environmental And Social Safeguard Instruments Required For The Presentation And Execution Of The Project, Based On The Advances That To Date Have Been Built By Local Consultants And World Bank Experts. 2. Recruitment Of A Specialist In Acquisitions And Contracts. These Professional Services Will Result In The Follow-Up Of The Contracting And Acquisitions Of The Preparation Funds, As Well As In The Construction Of The Procurement Plan, Strategy And Annexes Related To The Project Operations Manual, Under The Guidelines Of The World Bank And The Ministry. 3. As Well As Information On: Land Ownership, Productivity, Agricultural Practices, Production Systems, Assessments Of Ecosystem Services, Production Limitations, Technical Assistance, Production Costs, Organization, Value Chains, Gender Situation, Indigenous Peoples, Practices Environmental Issues, Management Of Plastic Pesticide Residues, Identification Of Practices For Soil Conservation, Implementation Of The Manual Of Good Production Practices, Risks And Threats To Production, Among Others. This Will Also Allow Guiding The Most Pertinent And Effective Incentive Modalities For The Project. 5. Improvement Of Computer Applications And Hardware To Be Used In Monitoring Restoration Actions And In Strengthening Technical Capacities. Uses : The Service Will Allow Improving The Applications For Registering Progress In Restoration And Other Applications Related To The Protected Natural Areas System Of El Salvador, As A Contribution To The Monitoring Of Landscapes From The Institutional Point Of View. The Application For Recording Progress In Ecosystem Restoration In El Salvador, Available On The Ministrys Website, Will Be Improved In Such A Way That It Includes An Improved Record Management Interface At Different Levels, Entry, Authorization, Data Visualization In A Improved Dashboard, Include Tests For Third Parties To Enter Data Subject To Institutional Validation.
