Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Consultancy Services To Design The Business Process Re-Engineering For The Liberia Land Authority. Scope Of Work The Consultant Will Study The Current Work Flow And Procedures For Land Administration Processes (Cadastre And Registry) At LlaS Headquarters And County Levels And Prepare A Detailed Current Process Mapping (As-Is Mapping) With Supporting Documents And Time Requirement. Based On This Needs Assessment, The Consultant Will Provide Recommendations For Business Process Reengineering And Respective Process Mapping (To-Be Mapping), With The Objective Of Enabling The Reduction Of Work Steps And Processing Times For An Efficient Automation Of These Processes In A Future Land Information System.
