Tenders Are Invited For Main Works For In-Patient Extension Block For Redevelopment Of Prince Of Wales Hospital, Phase 2 (Stage 1) The Works Includes, But Not Limited To. The Following: (A) Construction Of In-Patient Extension Block (Ipb) Which Is Composed Of A 2-Storcy Basement And A 20-Storey Building Superstructure; (B) Construction Of Linkbridges And Tunnel Between Ipb And Existing Main Clinical Block And Trauma Centre (Mcbtc), Linkbridgc Between Ipb And Existing Special Block; Tunnels Between Ipb And Existing Staff Quarters Block B, With Associated Diversion Of Building Services And Underground Utilities; (C) Construction Of Ancillary Supporting Facilities For Ipb Such As The Underground Fuel Tanks And Underground Fuel Pipe Chamber Connection To Ipb, The Support Services, Enclosure For The Vie Tank And New Electric Cable Trenches; (D) Modification And Conversion Of Temporary Working Building (Twb) To A Site Office For Resident Site Staff (Rss); (E) Alteration And Additional Works (A&A Works) And Advance Preparatory Works At Mcbtc; (0 Modification And Construction Of Access Roads And Run-In/Out To Suit The Planning And Construction Of Ipb; (G) Carry Out Of Corresponding Drainage Diversion Works, Underground Utility Diversions And Lead-In Works To Suit Construction Of Ipb And Its Ancillary Facilities; (H) Traffic Lane And Pavement Modification At Ngan Shing Street, Chap Wai Kon Street, And Improvement Works At The Junction Of Chap Wai Kon Street And Ngan Shing Street; (I) External Landscaping Works, Including Tree Felling And Tree Compensation Within And Outside Site Boundary; And (J) Off-Site Mock-Up Of Clinical Areas. The Works Are Scheduled To Commence In Iq 2023 Tentatively.
