Replacement of Sleepers along LRL (Phase 2) 1) Replacement of approximately 2,200 numbers of sleepers along the LRL at different locations. The replacement sleeper materials will be supplied by the Corporation. As the LR is an operating railway, the works are expected to be carried out within a limited Non-Traffic Hours (NTH). The scopes of the Works shall also include site supervision, collection and delivery of the replacement sleepers, removal and disposal of existing sleepers, track measurement, alignment adjustment and correct of defects during the defect correction period.
