Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Mechanical Repair Kits For The Centrifugal Pumps For Participation In The Bidding A Company Should Meet The Following Minimum Criteria: A) Which Are Under Reorganization (Amalgamation, Joining, Separation, Restructuring), Liquidation Or Bankruptcy; B) Which DidnT Submit All The Necessary Bidding Documents Within Set Timeframe; C) Which Have Not Fulfilled Their Commitments Undertaken On Previously Concluded Contracts Including Contracts With Affiliated Companies; D) Established Less Than 6 (Six) Months Before Announcement Of The Bidding; E) Which Have Pending Litigation With The Bid Holder; F) Which Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Bid Holder On Commercial And Financial Performance. G) Registered In The States Or Territories That Provide Preferential Tax Treatment And / Or Do Not Consider Disclosure Of Information During Financial Transactions (Offshore Zones), Or Which Have Accounts At Banks Located In Offshore Zones According To The Legislation Of Republic Of Uzbekistan.
