Preparing The Health Infrastructure And Systems Project - Kiribati Health Infrastructure And Systems Project Design The Purpose Of This Consulting Assignment Is To Prepare The Investment Project, Undertake Comprehensive Due Diligence, And Prepare Project Documentation For The Kiribati Health Infrastructure And Systems Project (Khisp). The Firm Will Also Assist In Building The Capacity Of The Government During Their Assignment Including Implementing Project Management Trainings And Coaching As Required. The Khisp Will Have Three Main Outputs: (I) Health Service Delivery Strengthened, (Ii) Capacity To Deliver Essential Health Services Improved, And (Iii) Infection Control Practice Strengthened. The Project Will Make Direct Investments In The Kiribati Health Sector To Improve Health Infrastructure And Health Systems (Health Worker Training And Improved Capacity In Health Management) And Update Infection Control Practices. By Supporting The High Health Infrastructure Costs, And The Longer Term Health System Strengthening Aspects, This Project Will Support Improved Health Services And Health Sector Outcomes. Adb Will Be The Executing Agency For The Trta, And The Ministry Of Health And Medical Services (Mhms) And Ministry Of Finance And Economic Development (Mfed) Will Be The Implementing Agencies.
