The Specific Objectives Are The Following: Supply, Install, Test And Commissioning Of Aluminum Extrusion Press, Extrusion Puller, Rough Cutting Saw, Hydraulic Stretcher, Belt Conveyer System, Aluminum Testing Equipment Produce And Supply Aluminum Profile/Products For Doors And Windows About 500,000M² Which Will Be Produced In The Would Be Installed Factory, Extrusion Projects, New Project Profile On Aluminum Extrusion Industries, Project Report On Aluminum Extrusion Industry, Detailed Project Report On Aluminum Extrusion Provide Intensive Training And Intensive Knowledge And Skill Transfer To The Factory Staff Assembly Maintenance For One Year Prepare And Implement Overall Aluminum Extrusion Plant Work Procedures, Different Manuals, Guidelines, Directives And Strategy Documents Evaluation Criteria But Not Limited Name Of Company With Contact Details Plant Capacity Plant Cost Aluminum Extrusion Production Line And Process Fulfilment Of The Requirements As Given Maintenance Requirement Possibility Of Future Flexibility/Expandability Of The Plant Eco-Friendliness (Use Of Industrial/Agriculture Wastes, Less Embodied Energy, Recyclable, Saving Of Water /Natural Resources) And Structural Safety (Strength & Serviceability), Resistance Against Water And Moisture Penetration, Thermal Behavior, Acoustic Behavior - 3 Description And Specification Of The Assignment The Companies/Firms Shall Carry Out Supply, Installation And Testing And Commission Of Aluminum Extrusion Plant In Ecwc -Kality Industrial Zone. The Companies/Firms Shall Also Supply Aluminum Products By Producing In The Installed Plant And Undertake Knowledge Transfer To The Factory Staff. The Aluminum Extrusion Plant Shall Have Pressing Capacity Of 600 To 2500 Ton/Day With Low /Minimal Impact To The Environment. The Type Of Aluminum Profiles/Products Includes The Following: Solid Sections, Bars, And Rods Tubes, Fittings And Hollow Sections Critical Solid Sections, Bars, And Rods The Aluminum Profiles And Products Need To Fulfil The Following Requirements: Good Weldability At The Temperature Accurate Temperature Control Cleaned Billet Surface Sawn, Clean Billet Ends Free From 4. Requirements For Submission Of Expression Of Interest (Eoi) The Eoi Shall Contain The Following Documents: A Cover Letter For Submission Of Expression Of Interest If Joint Venture, Legal Documents For The Joint Venture Formation Shall Be Submitted By The Companies, Registration By Procurement Agency (If Applicable) Complete Organization Profile, Company Capacity Statement, Financial, Manpower And Equipment Registration Certificate From The Government Authority License With Latest Renewal Of 2021/2022 G.C Vat Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate That Works To Date Of The Submission Of The Eoi Attorney For The Certification Of The Authority, Financial Flow Statement Approved By Official Auditing Entity, A Covering Letter For Eoi Typed In Organizations Letter Head With Official Seal. There Should Be A Subject Head, The Reference No Of Eoi Notice And Clear Indication Of The Name And Address Of The Of The Company. 8. Works Contracting Process Successful Companies/Firms Will Enter Contractual Agreement With The Corporation And Commence The Assignment Accordingly. The Contract Will Cover Start To End Of The Assignment Including, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of The Plant. It Will Also Cover Production Of Aluminum Profile In The Factory, Training And Knowledge Transfer Works. 9. Minimum Eligibility Criteria Firms Service Providers Minimum Eligibility Criteria Are As Under: Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Supply And Installation Of Aluminum Plant Minimum Of 2 Years In Production Of Aluminum Profiles. The Firm/Company Should Have Experienced Professionals And/Or Technicians In Aluminum Plant Management The Firm Should Be Profitable For Last Two Financial Years The Firm Shall Have Local Presence For Which It Is Willing To Express Interest. The /Company/Firm Should Have Involved In Supply And Installation Of At Least Two Plants In The Last Five Years. 10. Evaluation Process, Criteria And Qualification Requirement, 10.1 Evaluation Process And Criteria The Evaluation Criteria Will Mainly Depend On Relevant Document Submitted By The Company/Firm. Accordingly, Successful And Shortlisted Company/Firm Will Be Communicated Through Official Letter. In This Regard, Combined Technical And Financial Offer Criteria Will Be Used To Identify Competent Company/Firms. The Basis For Selection Of The Companies /Firms Will Be Evaluation Result Of Company/Firm. 10.2 Qualification Requirements Companys /Firm Profile And Required Documents Shall Include: Description Of The Respondent, Including Number Of Employees, Type Of Plant And Equipment (Including Capacity) And Machinery (If Required), Gross Revenue And Office Location(S). Highlight Relevant Experience, Skills, And Capabilities Necessary To Undertake The Assignments, Including, But Not Limited To Demonstrated Experiences.
