Individual Consultant For The Feasibility Study Of The Vulnerable Youth And Women Support Project In The Gambia Human Capital, Youth And Skills Development Department The Project Has 3 Components: 1. An Economic Inclusion Programme For Vulnerable Youth And Women. This Component Is Divided Into Two Complementary Sub-Components: (I) Skills Development And Income Generation Opportunities Through Functional Literacy, Skills Development And Coaching, Market Development And Access To Financial Services; (Ii) Social Inclusion Activities With Life Skills Training, Training On Essential Family Practice With A Strong Focus On Nutrition, Early Childhood Development And Health Including Prenatal Health, Gender Awareness-Raising, And Social And Behavior Change Communication (Sbcc). 2. Strengthening Of The Social Protection System. The Component Will Finance The Extension Of The Social Registry, A Sustainable Financing Strategy, The Development Of A Gender Responsive M&E System, Capacity Building For The Coordination At Central And Regional Levels, A Website And Research On Social Protection-Related Issues Which Would Provide The Basis For Decisions Making. 3.
