Econsult: Consulting Services To Operationalize An Online Tool For Rapid Bottom-Up Climate Risk Assessment World Bank Global Water Practice Over The Past Few Years, The World Bank And Other International Institutions Have Recognized The Need To Make Bottom-Up Risk Assessment Approaches More Accessible To A Greater Community Of Development Practitioners, Including Client World Bank Task Teams And Client Country Decision Makers. As A Response, New Decision-Making Frameworks Were Developed Based On Bottom-Up Planning Principles Including, The Decision Tree Framework (Dtf), Published By The Bank In 2015, Climate Risk Informed Decision Analysis (Crida), The Asian Development Banks Principles Of Climate Risk Management For Climate Proofing Projects, And Others. While This Has Enabled Broader Recognition Of The Usefulness Of The Bottom-Up Methodology, Widespread Adoption Still Requires Scalable, And Importantly, Easy To Use Open-Source Software (I.E.,Python) And Tools Linked To Readily Available Global Datasets
