Econsult: Stimulating Electricity Demand Among Utility Customers In Niger The Objective Of The Assignment Is To Undertake A Market Assessment And Options Analysis, To Inform The Design Of A Demand Stimulation Pilot In Niger. This Assignment Will Be Focused On Utility-Enabled Distribution And Financing Of Appliances And Productive Use Machinery For Grid-Connected Households And Small Businesses. The Assignment Is Expected To And Take Maximum 20 Weeks To Complete From The Signing Of Contract. The Final Report Will Be Submitted Fully In Both French And English.
